Explore the Resources section in the Birth to Level Numeracy Guide to identify four resources, one for each proficiency. Critique each resource, arguing why you believe it will be useful for your numeracy teaching practice and fostering the selected proficiency.

Activity 2: Identifying and developing numeracy tasks with the proficiencies

You are planning to teach one of your favourite numeracy tasks; which proficiency or proficiencies are present in your task? List how might you modify or adapt this task to strength the proficiencies and make them more explicit in your teaching?
